Just keep doing what 2 Peter 1:10 says and you won't be prone to fall...
"Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never fall."
Melissa, as you diligently (This word "diligently" in Greek means to exert yourself,to hasten, to endeavor) make your call (This word "call" in Greek means divine invitation to embrace the salvation of God) and election (This word "election" in Greek means God's chosen elect) sure (This word "sure" in Greek means stable, fast, firm, steady, sure and trusty), if you do these things YOU WILL NEVER FALL!
What part of never don't Christians understand?
My beloved Melissa, continue crucified with Christ (Galatians 2:20) and you will never fall. Jesus never fell from the cross because he was nailed to the cross. Continued nailed to the cross and you will never fall!
And when you finally close your eyes at the end of your life on earth, you will free fall into His arms and live there forever and ever!
